When are Welly Jelly™ orders shipped?

CONSUMER ORDERS:
Orders are packaged and shipped usually within 72 hours, during business hours, Monday – Friday,  8am – 5pm.
Unless otherwise noted.

Please be aware that online orders, placed from Friday to Sunday, will not be packaged till the following Monday.
If you select USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, these services usually take 1-3 business days, starting the day after
package pickup at our facility.

WHOLESALE AND RETAIL CUSTOMER ORDERS:
Please be aware that large quantity wholesale orders may be subject to production delays. Please call ahead.

 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No. We do not sell or ship outside the United States.

 

Who is the Welly Jelly™ carrier and what are the rates?

USPS. We have a first class rate and multiple priority rates that you may select from during the checkout process.

 

Can Welly Jelly™ shipments be tracked?

Yes, a tracking number is provided by our shipping carrier, USPS.
Please look for the tracking number link in your email (after purchase), or in your account dashboard.

 

What about shipping accuracy?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
This is your responsibility, as the customer to receive your shipment.
We do not accept responsibility for shipments that have been damaged or lost in transport by USPS.

 

Returns Policy

Welly Jelly’s™ Goal is to Keep You Happy, Healthy, and Well.

We strive to produce the highest quality product and package our gourmet beans in air-tight, resealable packaging to ensure our jelly beans are fresh when they reach your doorstep.

With this in mind, please be aware that Welly Jelly™ beans are a non-perishable food product and does not melt like some other candy edibles and have a long shelf life. Therefore, it is our general policy that we do not accept returns, or provide refunds on our products.

If you do find that there is an issue with your jelly bean content or packaging, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please use this link to contact us.

We will determine if there is a valid issue and respond promptly once the issue has been verified.
If we determine, that we must review the product in question, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Please Note:

We are NOT responsible for how you store your product when received.

We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

We also do not accept responsibility for shipments that have been damaged or lost in transport by USPS.
